2. GETTING CALM

Getting Calm is about becoming more consistent with your time and location.

As your mind becomes a bit calmer, gradually more tension will rise to the surface and be released. You will experience tension in various forms being released.

For example, the visual distortions show us the nature of the tension being released. It is important not to attach any stories to the visual distortion or try and analyse it.

You will begin to observe visual patterns of tension being released. These are your personal discoveries.
