3. GETTING CLEAR

As your experience deepens and your mind becomes quieter, we’d like to bring your attention to the value of the prompts when practicing Clarity.

Clarity is about being practical. Where there is focus there is peace and it's the peace that is doing all the work. Where there is peace there is release.

During this first few weeks you may experience a gradual increase or decrease in distortion and physical discomfort followed by release.

The breathing and stretching prompts every few minutes in the program will give you visual and physical feedback. As you take a deep breath and stretch your fingers and toes, you will experience a visual clearing and a physical release. You may notice your eyes becoming quite clear and intense. This is release and moments of clarity. It may take the appearance of film-like layers, masks and impressions of tension coming to the surface and being released.
