How to practice Clarity and what happens.
This is the comprehensive introduction for the Clarity App, by which Clarity is practiced using a mirror, in the case of our Zoom sessions, we are looking face to face, I will be your mirror through the round window.
Just choose your time zone then CLICK the 6:00 AM link and you have INSTANT ACCESS – to join today’s Clarity Zoom Session.
Make sure you have watched the intro video, get yourself settled with your computer camera at a comfortable head height. Do drop in 5 minutes early to say hi, then we start sharp on the hour.
Not everyone is up at 6:00 AM, so feel free to join any other session listed in your Time Zone. There are 10 Clarity sessions daily to choose from.
Find a comfortable position with your computer at head height in a distraction-free space for the next 20 minutes.
