5. GETTING CLARITY

Congratulations on having built the foundation!

By now, you will have not only established your daily routine - you will also have be experiencing the cumulative effect of releasing unwanted tension and on your way to becoming calm, clear and focused.

This is a time when it is critical to maintain and build on what you have gained, that is, the ability to stick to a routine. Now is the time, when you can modify the session duration, you are encouraged to maintain the 20-minutes as a basis, below are a range of options keeping in mind the reasons you are practicing Clarity.
