4. GETTING FOCUSED

The first few weeks has been about getting traction and becoming calm, clear. This next step of integration is about getting focused and becoming more of an observer. By maintaining a consistent practice of release, your mind becomes calm, clear and focused.

Subsequently, your decisions will increasingly be based on observation, rather than automatic reaction. You will attract less and less stress and tension into your life because the choices you make will be clearer.
